&lt;/h1&gt;&lt;p&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;NCFA UK Vice President of Events&lt;/strong&gt; leads the planning and delivery of events across the National Cyber &amp;amp; Forensics Alliance UK Chapter.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is an opportunity to organise conferences, workshops, webinars, competitions and networking events while gaining valuable leadership and project management experience as part of the &lt;strong&gt;NCFA UK Chapter Leadership Team&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2 id="about-the-role"&gt;About the Role
&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Vice President of Events leads the planning and coordination of events across the UK chapter, ensuring activities are delivered successfully and provide value to members and partners.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Working closely with the President, other Vice Presidents, Senior Regional Ambassadors and Ambassadors, you will coordinate event delivery, manage timelines and help turn ideas into successful activities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is &lt;strong&gt;not&lt;/strong&gt; a title-only position.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You are &lt;strong&gt;not expected to organise every detail yourself&lt;/strong&gt;. Instead, your role is to coordinate volunteers, delegate responsibilities appropriately, monitor progress and ensure events are delivered to a high standard.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This role requires regular involvement throughout the elected term, with increased commitment during the planning and delivery of major events.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2 id="who-can-apply"&gt;Who Can Apply?
&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;Applications are open to &lt;strong&gt;current students and alumni who are NCFA members&lt;/strong&gt; and are able to commit consistently throughout the full elected term.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Applicants with previous experience as an:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;NCFA Ambassador&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Events Ambassador&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Talks Ambassador&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;are encouraged to apply.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Equivalent experience organising university society events, community initiatives or professional events will also be considered.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2 id="key-responsibilities"&gt;Key Responsibilities
&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;As NCFA UK Vice President of Events you will:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and maintain the NCFA UK events calendar.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Turn event ideas into clear and realistic delivery plans.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate Ambassadors and volunteers supporting each event.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assign responsibilities and follow up on agreed actions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organise conferences, workshops, webinars, competitions and networking activities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicate with speakers, university societies, venues and external organisations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with the Vice President of Social Media to promote events effectively.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with the Vice President of Wellbeing and Safeguarding to support safe and accessible events.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Produce schedules, briefings and supporting information for event teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor registrations and engagement where appropriate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the delivery of live events.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gather feedback and identify improvements for future activities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide regular progress updates to the President and wider leadership team.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Previous experience organising events or projects.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience within the NCFA Events or Talks pathways.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working within a university society.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Confidence communicating with speakers or external organisations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience using registration, ticketing or project management platforms.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Awareness of event accessibility and risk management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience supporting cyber security workshops, CTFs or conferences.&lt;/li&gt;
